TRANSPORTATION
Seaplane transportation is always subject to acceptable weather conditions. Since the distance to be covered by seaplane is short (79 kilometers), it is rare for weather conditions to cause delays.
If your arrival at the outfitter is ever delayed due to weather conditions or any other factor beyond our control, rates will not be adjusted accordingly. However, for the same reasons, if you happen to leave the outfitter later than expected, no additional amount will be charged.
NB: It is recommended to contact the air carrier the day before your entry trip and to inform them upon your arrival in Havre-Saint-Pierre on the day of your entry trip.

LUGGAGE
We ask that you limit personal luggage to a maximum weight of 50 pounds per person to avoid delays or additional charges.

For your personal safety, the airline strictly adheres to weight limits and will not deviate from these regulations under any circumstances.

If a larger seaplane is required, such as an OTTER for a group of 4 people or an additional flight is required for a group of 6 or 8 people, due to excess weight, the group will be billed for the additional transportation costs directly to the Havre-Saint-Pierre airbase.
